Pressing tools

Manufacturing of own pressing tools. More than 2000 different tools. The tools are CNC machined in casted iron.

Forming the parts

Metal sheet plates are either punched or laser cut into correct shape. These sheet plates are pressed in the pressing tool mounted in hydraulic pressers.

Surface treathment

The finished products are recieving a surface treatment before going to the warehouse. This includes a phosphating process and a water based primer.

Galvanized plate

We have introduced the use of galvanized plate in our production, by using this high end plate we don’t need the surface treathment.
