Galvanized repair parts

To keep up with the car manufacturers’ increasing use of galvanized steel we have decided to match this in Klokkerholm.

We maintain the highest quality of finishing the embossing and the edges of the part.
We have therefore chosen a plate type with the optimal combination of thickness of the zinc coating and formability of the plate. And the adhesion is excellent when painted.

The technical term is DX54D 140Z MB and is a high quality zinc coated plate. The zinc coating is lead-free and has a content of a minimum of 99 % zinc. Our new galvanized parts have undergone thorough tests to ensure the weldability of the plate and the surface adhesion of primer and paint.
